Position Overview: Our Google Ads Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our Google Ads team, driving performance improvements, and ensuring that client campaigns are executed at the highest level. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Google Ads, and an ability to navigate the complexities of client relationships and digital strategy. You’ll be expected to lead by example, sharing your in-depth knowledge of campaign optimization, budget management, and performance analytics, while providing mentorship and support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Google Ads specialists, overseeing the development and execution of successful digital ad campaigns for multiple clients.
* Strategize and implement innovative Google Ads campaigns to meet client objectives, maximize return on investment (ROI), and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Mentor and support team members, providing guidance on best practices, campaign optimization, and client management.
* Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall ad performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and goals.
* Conduct regular performance reviews of campaigns and team members, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and competitive.
* Ensure budget management and bidding strategies are optimized for maximum efficiency and performance.
* Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports to both internal stakeholders and clients, translating insights into actionable strategies.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
* Proven leadership experience in a team management or supervisory role within a marketing agency or in-house marketing department.
* Expert knowledge of Google Ads Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
* Experience with performance marketing and lead generation strategies.
* Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
* Proven track record of successfully leading teams to drive high-performance ad campaigns.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and team collaboration.
* Google Ads certification is preferred, with other certifications in related tools and platforms being a plus.
* Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and advanced bidding strategies.
* Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex strategies and results in a clear, actionable manner.
* Familiarity with team performance metrics and ability to set and track goals for both individual contributors and the team as a whole.
