JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with experience in managing both local recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, using tools like GoHighLevel and Asana, to streamline recruitment efforts. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying top candidates, screening resumes, conducting pre-interviews, and facilitating client-candidate interviews. Additionally, they will offer insight and recommendations to enhance recruitment procedures and ensure an efficient hiring process.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international remote roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Use GoHighLevel and Asana to manage recruitment pipelines, track candidate progress, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date records of candidate status and hiring workflows.
* Analyze CVs to identify candidates that are the best fit for the role based on the client's job requirements.
* Spot any incorrect or misleading information provided by candidates in their resumes or during interviews.
* Conduct initial candidate screenings, asking relevant and targeted questions to determine suitability for the advertised role.
* Assist in hosting client-candidate interviews by joining in the background to offer technical or procedural support, and assisting the client when needed.
* Pre-interview shortlisted candidates to ensure they meet the client's expectations and prepare them for the formal interview.
* Provide a supportive and welcoming environment, especially for candidates attending their first interview, ensuring a positive experience.
* Offer recommendations to enhance recruitment processes and procedures, making the hiring process more efficient and effective for both the company and candidates.
* Implement feedback from clients to optimize candidate shortlisting and interviewing techniques.
* Be flexible to conduct or support client interviews during weekdays, accommodating different time zones if necessary.
* Quickly adapt to client requests and preferences, using quick thinking to tailor interview questions to specific candidate profiles.
* Experience in providing the CEO & Founder with feedback on which candidates should move forward and which should be dropped from consideration.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Proven experience in local and international recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing candidates across multiple regions.
* Proficient in using GoHighLevel and Asana for recruitment project management.
* Strong ability to identify candidates who are a fit for specific roles and spot discrepancies in their applications.
* Skilled in conducting resume reviews and asking targeted, role-specific questions during interviews.
* Experience in supporting client-candidate interviews, particularly in a background role, ensuring seamless communication and support.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates empathetically and professionally.
* Flexibility to conduct interviews during weekdays and accommodate client schedules.
* Ability to provide insights and suggestions to improve recruitment processes, from shortlisting to hiring.

JOB DETAILS

Working hours: 5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Rate: Php220 per hour
