ROLE - What responsibilities will you own and lead?

--- Inventory & Supply Chain --- (40% of your time)
- Monitor inventory levels, issue POs, and track production
- Create shipments and schedule pick-ups for POs
- Submit for reimbursements for lost & damaged Amazon shipments
- Respond to Amazon customer inquiries, Q&A's, and negative reviews
- Process Amazon order returns, refunds, and cancellations

--- Day-to-Day Operations Coordinator --- (40% of your time)
- Sourcing new products and suppliers
- Determining compliance requirements
- Updating ASINs and product listings
- Ensuring low-cost + on-time product and shipment deliveries
- Submitting cases to Amazon to maintain account health
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously by scheduling + updating + coordinating tasks, milestones, and deadlines
- Coordinating with external agencies (sourcing, compliance, account management, logistics, and marketing agencies)

--- Data Entry & Reporting --- (20% of your time)
Develop advanced Excel templates and perform data entry for various reports, including:
- Inventory and supply chain KPI reports
- Market and competitor analysis reports
- Accounts payable / receivable and tax reports
- PPC campaign performance reports
- Product repricing and promotions analysis reports

IDEAL CANDIDATE - Who we’re looking for

- Highly analytical problem identifier and solver with a natural attention to detail
- Ability to learn at a rapid pace (new systems / methods / processes)
- Ability to take ownership of the role and adapt it to the growing needs of the business

QUALIFICATIONS - Our minimum requirements

- *Minimum* 3 years of experience in Amazon (Seller Central + FBA)
- *Intermediate* experience in data entry (Excel)
- *Advanced* written + verbal English communication skills
- *Highly skilled* in managing multiple projects simultaneously with different vendors, priorities, and due dates
- *Proven ability* to lead FBA Inventory Management + FBA Logistics
- 9AM - 5PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) work schedule, Monday to Friday
