JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We are an E-commerce DTC health and wellness brand operating in 4 different countries with 4 different Shopify stores.
We are hiring for two experienced Customer Support Virtual Assistant’s who will focus on Customer Support, Shopify unfulfilled order handling, as well as some key Administrative tasks.
This is a long-term position with potential for career growth in a high-paced company looking to expand rapidly.
You will be reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager. This role will be between 25-40hrs per week and the role has the potential for unlimited growth if you show your willingness to progress and succeed. The Customer Services Manager is looking for people who can help the Customer Service team grow and provide high quality and efficient support to the Customer Service team and to our customers. We want somebody who is hungry to grow and make a difference!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing order fulfilment and daily shopify store checks.
• Managing the customer journey - Overcome objections to any customer problems and turn any person into a happy customer.
• Able to learn and understand our product range very well so you can provide advice to our customers and help them.
• Responding to customer inquiries/complaints in a timely manner.
• Prompt communication with our logistics partners in each region.
• Entering timely and accurate prescriptions into our Optics lab portal.
• Manage multiple inboxes and incoming enquiries to identify high priority items.

MUST HAVES:
• Experience in using Shopify proficiently
• Excellent organisational/time management skills and resourceful (able to solve problems)
• High level of computer experience (excel/word/outlook etc)
• Reliable, fast internet and a good quiet workspace.
• Excellent fluency in English - both spoken and written.
• Experience in providing outstanding customer support.
• Passionate about building a career as a virtual assistant, with a drive to want to grow.
• Able to work up to 40 hours a week. This is not a role that can be done on a part-time basis or while managing other roles at the same time.
• Able to work 8.30am – 4.30pm NZ time (start/finish times will be finalised once the right person is established in the role)
