Position: Experienced Recruiter

Responsibilities:
1. Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to match them with suitable job openings.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular reports on recruiting activities.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.
7. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
8. Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
3. Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet recruitment targets.
8. Professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive recruitment information.
