About Us:

A US-based manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant – JobBOSS Specialist/Quotes and Service Orders to join our team. We are a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of ergonomic, interactive technical products for various industries.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with experience in JobBOSS software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating quotes for our products and generating service orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Quote Creation: Utilize JobBOSS to create detailed and accurate quotes for customers based on product specifications and pricing.
• Service Orders: Generate and manage service orders within JobBOSS, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer and order information in JobBOSS, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation related to quotes and service orders, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to support their needs and ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience using JobBOSS software is required. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the ability to interact effectively with both the sales team and other team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time, with a 1-hour lunch break
