JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will:

•Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines
•Be a strategic thinker who is strong at prioritizing the calendar and deadlines in the context of revenue generation
be a forward thinker who anticipates needs of the CEO and acts proactively to lighten his load and support the success of his projects
•Be tech-savvy and able to figure out new processes and tools without much hand-holding
be strong at creating and documenting systems; experience with process mapping a huge plus
•Be highly competent in verbal and written communication in English
•Be very organized, trainable and willing to learn

Job responsibilities include:

•Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including appointments, calls, events, dinners and more
•Maintain the CEO's calendar in a thoughtful and purposeful manner, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees, agenda items as requested, there is enough space between meetings, travel time is accounted for, and there is efficiency in managing the schedule
•Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination as requested
•Managing CEO’s email inbox, answering when applicable and appropriate and gleaning pertinent information and relaying to CEO to ensure he replies in a timely fashion
•Manage our Google Drive and Dropbox; implement and keep track of documentation and filing processes, and maintain updates of information and processes in the Google Drive, Slack and project management systems
•Join the CEO on meetings and tracking meeting notes / follow up tasks
•Meet daily with the CEO to review priorities, progress and concerns
•Follow up with team members and partners on things the CEO needs (updates, deliverables, etc)
•Miscellaneous tasks and actions that will move forward projects and goals for the CEO
•Manage follow up with leads and partnership opportunities to help the CEO close deals
•Handle customer service-type questions from people who are looking for details about various events
•Organizing incoming requests from partners to ensure David and the team follow through for them

Qualifications & Experience:

•5-10 years of EA experience, with at least 3 years in the C-suite
•Typing speed of 75+ WPM is highly preferred (minimum 55 WPM)
•Experience creating process maps and working in a program like LucidChart highly preferred
•Strong competency in Google Drive, Doc, Spreadsheet required
•Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet is highly preferred
•Experience with bookkeeping and budgets is a huge plus
•Must have experience working graveyard shift in the Philippines

This is a full-time position. Salary range: Php 50,000-65,000, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm CST // Monday - Friday 10pm - 7am PHT
We pay 13th month.
