In this role, you will play a pivotal part in equipping our virtual assistants with the skills, knowledge, and technological expertise they need to succeed.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant Training Manager with a deep understanding of AI tools and a talent for creating engaging training programs. Working remotely, you will design, implement, and refine comprehensive training initiatives that integrate the latest AI technologies to maximize learning outcomes for our virtual assistant team and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Training Programs: Design and maintain comprehensive training materials, modules, and resources for virtual assistant onboarding and ongoing development, ensuring content reflects current industry practices and emerging technologies.
Conduct Training Sessions: Lead dynamic virtual training sessions and workshops using various methods (e.g., webinars, interactive sessions, video tutorials) tailored to different learning styles to enhance retention and engagement.
Provide Coaching and Feedback: Offer personalized coaching and constructive feedback to virtual assistants, identifying areas for improvement and crafting individualized development plans.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in virtual assistance, sharing insights with the team to foster continuous learning.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that align with company goals and client expectations.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Use feedback, metrics, and performance assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Foster a Learning Environment: Cultivate a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and excellence among virtual assistants.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update training processes to ensure they remain innovative, relevant, and responsive to the evolving needs of the business and its clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a virtual assistant in roles such as Executive Assistant, General Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Marketing Specialist.
Proven experience in creating training materials and delivering training programs or workshops.
Expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance training methods and virtual assistant productivity.
Strong proficiency in tools and software commonly used by virtual assistants (e.g., project management software, communication tools, CRM systems, social media platforms).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience in training and development, particularly in creating training materials.
Proficiency in Canva and AI training platforms.
Must not have any planned vacations for the next 3 months.
Must have good health and not be frequently sick.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as needed to accommodate international clients or project deadlines.
