Your Impact: What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & Sales Specialist, you'll be the voice of our brands, providing exceptional support and driving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer service and sales calls with professionalism and efficiency (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST).
Managing
Becoming a product expert, ensuring customers receive the best possible guidance and solutions.
Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
What You Bring:

Exceptional verbal English and written communication skills, with a clear and professional tone.
A genuine desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Reliable high-speed internet and a functional PC.
A high-quality headset with a microphone for clear communication.
A webcam for participation in weekly video meetings.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
