Sales Development Representative (SDR): American East Consulting

Objectives of this Role
Represent American East Consulting's digital marketing services with in-depth knowledge and understanding of how our solutions can meet customer needs.
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and collaborate with sales executives to drive the next steps.
Identify and implement best practices to refine our lead-generation strategies.
Responsibilities
Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, and
Understand the needs of prospects and recommend appropriate services from our portfolio.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads for the sales team.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market.
Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and our sales executives.
Report regularly to the sales manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead-generation targets.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via
