We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Representative (BDR)/Sales professional to join our team and drive our lead generation and sales efforts.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR)/Sales, you will be responsible for generating and prospecting leads, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by utilizing various lead generation tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation software to identify and qualify potential clients.
Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach efforts through emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls to engage potential clients.
Sales Cycle Management: Guide leads through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Reporting: Track and report on lead generation and sales activities, providing regular updates to the team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a BDR/Sales professional, preferably in a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency.
Strong knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling remote staff or virtual assistance services.
Strong understanding of the US, UK, and AU business markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software HubSpot, Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office Suite.
