Construction and or home improvement background knowledge or experience would be helpful, but not required.
As a cold caller you must have a knack and technique in an approach, to be able to contact potential customers; who have not previously engaged with our company, and be able to spark an interest in them for the product and services we offer.
Cold calling requires you to have the ability to speak comfortably to people and be able to get them to respond and engage in what you are saying. You will need to be able to identify their needs and or wants and get them to tell you those things by asking the right questions without a sales approach.
It will require a certain knack to keep the conversation going. And a certain skill to control that conversation.
You must have what it takes and if you have it you know it,

We do all home improvements in regard to exterior from roofing, solar, doors, windows, patios, garages etc.

We will require that you make a minimum of 1000 calls on triple auto dialer or 700 on regular auto dialer a shift and book a minimum of 5 per day.
There is an incentive structure that will be discussed at the interview. That allows you to make more money on commission in a day than your hourly pay. You will make money for just hitting your quota daily.
