VA - Paid Ads creation & management

I require assistance with creating & managing online paid ads on platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Google ads / Youtube etc.
I have a number of website funnels that I want to promote by running paid ads to in order gain subscribers & build email lists that I can continue to re-market to. It will involve creation, publishing & management of video & text ads.

*It is important that you have past experience & expertise in creating & managing paid advertising on the platforms mentioned above. I am looking for someone that understands ad policy thoroughly to avoid any issues or suspension of ad account.
