Account Manager

Cosmetics Squad is an Australian, tech-led Start-up in the E-commerce space. We are looking to hire to our core team an individual with a problem solver with a “Can do mentality to join as an account manager.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our customers' success. Using our proven methodology, your goal is to support and grow the account. That includes identifying new products worth selling, uploading product information, deciding the best pricing, reviewing sales results, and suggesting improvements, all while providing customer support to your accounts.

What are we looking for:

- Your personality and critical thinking are essential as you can make your own decisions.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Experience in Shopify and eCommerce is an advantage.
- Experiance in analytics and analytical tools is an advantage.
- Experiance in bookkeeping is an advantage.
