We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing, Website & Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
The Marketing, Website & Social Media Virtual Assistant will support our marketing efforts by managing online presence of our brands, creating and curating content, and ensuring our website and social media platforms are up-to-date and engaging. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and marketing acumen to enhance our brand and grow our online community.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze and report on social media performance and metrics.
Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and publish compelling blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Design visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
Website Management:
- Build and maintain our websites (Canva, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.).
- Ensure website content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement updates and improvements to enhance user experience.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and communication.
- Coordinate with other tea
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO,
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Knowledge of online marketing trends and strategies.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
