Australian Collections Senior Specialist - work from home

Working in a fast growth Australian fintech lending company, you will be a Collections leader responsible for pursuing late loan payments to avoid loan delinquencies, and your focus and skills will be centred on intrinsic understanding of Australian regulations, hardship and third-party situations. You will also support the customer service function by helping our existing customers manage their loan and meeting their payment schedules, paying off a loan in full whilst understanding the customer full life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong Australian collection experience and Australian regulatory knowledge. You will also have excellent English and phone skills, experience with fast paced loan collections and customer service, equipped with an innovative, goal focussed mind set.
