JOB OVERVIEW

Weekly Expectations (30 Hours/Week)

Work Schedule
Flexible Schedule; must have at least some availability during US working hours
Be available during agreed-upon hours to align with the U.S. business time zones.

Social Media Content Creation and Management
Create and schedule a minimum of 3-4 social media posts per week across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
Develop engaging and brand-consistent content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement, responding promptly and professionally.


Graphic Design Responsibilities
Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform.
Create design assets for merchandise, including product mockups and promotional images.


Email
Marketing and Content Writing
Draft and send a minimum of 2-3 marketing emails per week, focusing on promotions, new products, and brand updates.
Write compelling and SEO-friendly blog posts or articles as needed to support content marketing efforts.

Merchandise Creation and Marketing
Assist in the development and marketing of new merchandise lines.
Create promotional campaigns for merchandise, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners.
Monitor and report on the performance of merchandise marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.

Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics, providing weekly reports on engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor the effectiveness of email campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Use analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing content and campaigns.

Collaboration and Communication
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine marketing strategies and content.
Maintain open and proactive communication with the team regarding any issues or suggestions.

Professional Development
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, design tools, and marketing techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.

Administrative Tasks
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports.
Keep detailed records of interactions with followers, customers, and prospects.
Handle any additional tasks related to marketing and social media as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Requirements

Graphic Design Skills
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Ability to create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for social media posts.
Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Writing and Content Creation
Strong command of written English, with excellent grammar and spelling.
Experience in creating engaging and persuasive social media content.
Ability to write clear, compelling copy for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).

Merchandise Creation and Marketing
Experience in creating and marketing merchandise lines.
Knowledge of product development, design, and production processes.
Ability to develop marketing strategies specifically for merchandise promotion.
Understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools used for selling merchandise.

Marketing Knowledge
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Ability to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals.

Technical Skills
