Weekly Expectations (30 Hours/Week)
Work Schedule

Social Media Content Creation and Management
Create and schedule a minimum of 3-4 social media posts per week across various platforms (e.g.,
Develop engaging and brand-consistent content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement, responding promptly and professionally.
Graphic Design Responsibilities
Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform.
Create design assets for merchandise, including product mockups and promotional images.

Draft and send a minimum of 2-3 marketing
Write compelling and SEO-friendly blog posts or articles as needed to support content marketing efforts.
Merchandise Creation and Marketing
Assist in the development and marketing of new merchandise lines.

Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze social media metrics, providing weekly reports on engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills and Requirements
