Position Overview: (URGENT: Looking to onboard this week)
We are RNS ID from Blockchain services and Web3 Industry! We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a background in paralegal work to provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of paralegal-related expertise and administrative assistant skills to effectively manage the demands of this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
Legal Support:
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases and projects.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and databases.
Administrative Duties:
Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls,
Make travel arrangements and accommodations for the legal team as needed.
Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate client meetings and assist in maintaining positive client relationships.
Ensure prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
Office Management:
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
Assist in the on boarding of new employees and provide administrative support as needed.
Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the office space.
Compliance and Record keeping:
Assist in ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.
Manage and update legal databases, records, and filing systems.
Qualifications:
Paralegal Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal and admin or in a related
Administrative Skills: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a legal setting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support multiple attorneys and staff members.
Additional Requirements:
Willing to take a Trial Task before the Final Interview
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Certification as a paralegal is a plus.
