Working Hours if full-time: Australian Eastern Standard Time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Working Hours if part-time: TBA
Reports to: The Sales Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Manage databases and marketing materials.

*Design and execute Social Media Marketing campaigns and strategies.

*Stay updated on Social Media algorithms and trends to optimize engagement and grow the pipeline.

*Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data insights, and provide regular reports to evaluate performance and make data-driven optimizations.

*Collaborate with the sales department to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

*Self-motivated and with strong written and spoken English skills.

*Proficiency in database management.

*Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

*Proven experience in Social Media Marketing.

*Up-to-date knowledge of Social Media algorithms and trends.

*Preferably, experience in the Real Estate / Coaching Industry.

*Must have the proper equipment and connectivity to work remotely.
