Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute Bench Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment activities, fostering relationships with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients.
Achieve regular targets independently in a fast-paced environment.
Identify suitable requirements from job boards and social networking sites, sharing them with consultants.
Create and maintain assignment track sheets according to company standards.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans.
Demonstrate knowledge of various tax terms (1099, W2) and US immigration laws (H1, Green Card, CPT/OPT).
Understand IT concepts and technologies.
Find opportunities for OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work-authorized consultants.
Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients/VMS Clients.
Proven track record in placements with a results-oriented approach.

Pay: $50 USD per week + $400 placement bonus
