JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Appx. 9:30am-1:30 pm PST Monday-Friday

Salary: $2.50-$5.00/hour depending on experience

This person who is a great fit will be able to efficiently handle the following:

Key Responsibilities:
• Quickly and efficiently handle Inbound and outbound calls, emails, chat & SMS for excellent Customer Service &, Sales
• Improve sales & strengthen the bond with our community by building positive relationships, getting offers in front of them, showing how their subscription is helping give back, sending gifts/acknowledge special occasions like birthdays, etc. and making them feel special and appreciated.
• Follow up on warm leads and make cold calls/emails as required to get prospect to the finish line & qualify leads.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures and propose customer retention solutions.
• Follow up with customers after the sales is complete to request a review and referral
• Social Media Moderation daily and engage with other accounts to build relationships that will grow our business
• Assist with brainstorming & executing marketing efforts to drive engagement, increase reach and promote our products.
• Order Management from quote to completion
• Collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
• Help setup AI to automate what we are able to.


REQUIREMENTS
• EXCELLENT written and verbal English communication skills. clients are all English speaking and based in the US and Canada
• Comfortable making both warm and cold calls to generate interest in our products & services
• Willingness to work 20+ hours a week as needed during the PST time zone.
• Availability to move to full time as soon as available.
• Prefer us being your sole employer so there are no scheduling conflicts and you give us your best like we will give to you.
• Working knowledge in the eCommerce, subscription box, and swag marketing industries and processes is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service/support via phone and email (chat and text preferred too)
• 2+ years experience in a sales environment with a great track record and experience in lead generation preferred
• Have at least 6 months experience in order management or similar preferred.
• Experience working in a virtual assistant/administrative support role is a plus
• Excellent typing skills of at least 50 WPM
• Experience with or able to quickly learn computer software applications, including, but not limited to google drive, Dropbox, Slack, Social Media Applications: Instagram, Facebook & TikTok, Gmail, Zendesk, Stripe, Shopify, Subbly & Cratejoy

• You enjoy working remotely - We’re a remote-first company and we want to never have an office. This is great if you like working by yourself in the quiet, but it can be terribly painful if you need the energy of coworkers nearby.
• Reliable internet connection

PAY:
The pay will be determined based on your level of skill and the other people that apply for the job.
