I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Accountancy here in the Philippines and been working for almost eighteen years now, some were related on my degree,some were not. I started working year 2001.
I've been an Officer in Charge at one of Avon Cosmetics, Inc branch here in the Philippines for almost six years.
That is, handling supervision of the overall operation, sales, marketing, monitoring receivables & payables, preparing schedules for check payments, payroll preparation, etc.
Year 2008, i've decided to find a new job which i luckily get hired as a Loan Clerk in a fast growing cooperative. Customer service and interactions, and a little briefing on our product with them, loan preparation and releasing,check voucher preparation and disbursements are my responsibilities
as a Loan Clerk. After two years I've been promoted as a Loan Officer and presently handling this position til December 2019.
I am responsible for overall loan monitoring of the company which includes loan monitoring report
preparation,customers due date monitoring, make follow calls,prepare billing statements, interacts with the customer when problem arises on their account, credit investigation and verification, and other related works regarding loan.
This also includes insurance preparation report ( loan insurance, customers accident insurance, officers and staff insurance ), and interacts to our insurance provider thru
for the following position when needed : officer in charge, accountant, compliance officer, cashier, loan clerk and field collector.
While having my regular work, I've manage my time having a part time job
as a sales agent of different kind of products, accesories, gadgets, food products , life plan insurance and memorial plan.
Year 2013 when I've learned to become a freelance bookkeeper of different business owners here in the Philippines. First, it was just a part time job for me, but after five years of being blessed with many clients I've decided to put up my bookkeeping services a business. My bookkeeping services includes new business registration processing, business closures, monitoring tax deadlines, efiling and online payments of my clients taxes, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF monitoring, preparation and payments and teach my clients proper bookkeeping records.
