I been woking in BPO for 7 years and handled different accounts such as Telcos customer service, technical and back up admin support and recently I am handled a telemarketing for non-government organization for both outbound and inbound as a team leader. I am also knowledgeable in managing the team, oversee the whole operation for the entire day, making sure that we were able to reach or passes our SLA and other KPI needed, doing a daily task such as starting our morning huddles, coaching sessions, reporting, answering emails and queries and some escalations, I also love talking to my teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, doing a spot checking from what we had tackled during huddles. I also familiar in doing a report using Microsoft office, Google shared drive and other portals like crm.
