I have total of 10+ years of work experience as customer and client support. I am looking to expand my role to meet the diverse needs of a fast-paced company. I multitask well, thanks to my organizational and time management skills. I welcome the challenge of meeting tight deadlines. I can complete the assigned task on time and accurately. I'm also a natural problem solver, always on the lookout for ways to maximize efficiency and provide solutions that benefit the organization.

I have experience in working with computers, answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails. Preparation and organizing databases and reports. I can manage social media accounts and replies, handle confidential employer and client information, schedule meetings and arrange employer’s calendar; schedule meeting spaces and conference rooms, arrange payments for vendors, travel, and sales expenses, create purchase orders and track and manage payments and present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients.

I have strong written and verbal communication skills. I have high attention to detail to be able to do faster and accurate typing or editing. I am willing to work hard and I am very dependable and highly motivated.  I would be an asset to any organization and would love to work in any company or projects with sincerity and professionally.
