I've been in a Customer Service Industry for almost 8 years now. I've supported one of the biggest Telecommunication company in the US and helping them attracts potential customers by identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction as well as answering products and service questions like recommending the best plan and upgrade options, account bill and dispute reviews to ensure the best resolution for our customers or clients. I've handled large amount of incoming and outgoing calls related to resolving technical software and system connection issues, generate sales lead and processing orders as well as supporting billing inquiries and disputes.
Knowing my goal and be persistent to reach for it helps me survive and succeed to continue provide the best service our customers can ask for. This is one of my qualities and strengths that I can offer my future clients. I take pride with the commendations I am getting every time I was able to help. I always make sure to put my self and my heart in what I do because that's what a customer service is.
