Profile Description

I have been working for almost 10 years now in BPO. I worked as a virtual assistant to different clients which helped improve my skills in computer and became more knowledgeable about some applications and computer system. I learned how to use WordPress and CRM (Infusionsoft, ProspectRocket, etc) as well as email marketing tools such as AWeber, MailChimp, etc. but not claiming to be expert. I also managed my client's social media accounts and update the timelines and reply to inquiries. Also, I became a part of a US shipping company (China-US-China) for four years and became clever about handling situations and learned the importance of "patience" during call handling. I also used to work in a credit counseling company where I receive sales transfers and discuss payments and new APR to clients once approved for the program. 
At present, I work as a team lead on the same company. I am the type of person who figures things out myself if possible and focusses on the positive side whenever a situation occurs rather on its shadow. I am self-manageable, eager to learn new things and open for challenges.
