I have roughly 12 years of work experience in an international call center supporting North American clients. This is in the field of customer service, technical support, and sales. For the last 8 years, I have been an In-Team Supervisor and an IT Manager.As an IT Manager, I am responsible for recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. I possess a wide range of skills which include my ability to handle employees and clients in a professional manner. I have good communication skills both oral and written. I also have a high motivation to improve my skills. I am also a punctual, diligent, and patient individual with good inter-relationship skills.
