Hi, I am Upgrade to see actual info .I have bountiful of experience that I honed for the past 9 years. I started in 2013, I was a technical support representative up until year 2018 and I transition to customer support representative in 2019. 
And Over the span of 7 years I learned a lot of skills such as solving technical problem, working under pressure and providing the best customer service. And finally in year 2021 I got hired as a project coordinator , my task is to provide support to project manager's by overseeing administrative task, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
