I had worked with the BPO industry for quite some time as a Tech Support, Customer Service Rep and Team Leader which gave me the background of my base skills and from there I was able to venture into more challenging types of jobs. I also tried working as a Virtual Assistant for a private IT company based in Canada where I specifically handled their solution database, directories, correspondence and manuals. This job also covered management of CCTVs, troubleshooting PC issues and making reports.
I am the type of person who tackles any task given and gets challenged if it is new to me. I ask directives and questions on how things are wanted to be done specifically but most of the time I can work without supervision.
