I've been in the Call Center Industry for almost 10 years now. I started my career with Survey Sampling International as a Market Research Interviewer for 1 year, then got promoted and asked to lead a team as a Project Supervisor for over 3 years. I also have Customer Service experience with Teleperformance Phil and Awesome OS for Vodafone New Zealand and MVMT Watches USA. I started working from home with Open Call Centre as an Inside Sales Agent. I worked with the Tar Team Realty, one of our real estate clients. I did Cold Calling and CRM Management for them.
