Profile Description

From my previous work experiences, I have assisted many of our oocustomers, mostly US-based, with their internet, phone and cable services. That made me familiar with such connections, above-average knowledge with these technical aspects. Moreover, assisting customers and clients with selecting the best schedules depending on their needs are also something we did. Also, general assistance with anything that deals with the service we provided, mostly customer service. Having to deal with people of different cultures made me flexible and easy to adapt whatever the situation requires.
I am also knowledgeable with MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. I Also have a passion for writing.
I am confident I can work my best even with minimal supervision or assistance as long as the task is clear and explained well. I want a stable and long-term job that will improve my skills, learn new ones, and make me an asset to the company.
