Currently working as an account manager in one of the biggest collection companies in Australia with over 8 years of experience in customer-facing environments. Passionate about customer service, I have built a track record for exceeding customer expectations on a consistent basis. I handled phones, chats, and emails regarding customers' concerns. In addition to being a customer service representative, I also worked as assistant director in Dubai for one year for a maintenance and real estate company handling calls, emails, social media, and sending marketing leads, billing, and collections.
