Profile Description

I am a travel agent and GDS expert with 13 years of experience in the travel industry. I have extensive knowledge of Hotels rooming and procedures, gained while working with some of the biggest companies in Manila and Saudi Arabia. 
My customer service, sales, and tech support expertise has enabled me to make high volumes of confirmed bookings. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism, as well as a Professional Certification in AMADEUS, SABRE WORLDSPAN and hotel online engines. 
My skill set includes exceptional customer service, proficiency in GDS systems, travel planning and booking, and knowledge of hotel online engines. 
I am also proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently and in a team environment. I have been highly recommended by clients for being hospitable and helpful.
