I'm adept with different CRMs such as SalesForce, Amdocs Clarify, and Oracle's Siebel CRM, and using Customer Interaction Tools such as Genesys Soft Phone, Coral Soft Phone, Avaya Soft Phone, TouchCommerce, Live Person, and Mail Manager.

I can also use Productivity Tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), and Email Programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Zimbra.

I can do basic Social Media content with tools such as Canva and Capcut and have them posted through Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
