Profile Description

I started working as a voicemail transcriptionist back in 2009 and I've been in that work for more than two Upgrade to see actual info was my first time to dive in to different American English accents and learn how to listen carefully on every word and details of what I hear and be able to transcribe it. I've learned the importance of accuracy and speed required for that work. And now being a touch typist is a bonus for that job.

I've moved on to work as a customer service representative in 2013. I've learned the culture in the BPO industry and it was tough and challenging. I've handled Comcast and AT&T accounts. With my patience and values at work made me stay. I'm a team player and I can provide quality output and numbers required in a specific job.

Due to pandemic, there were some restrictions at work so we were able to adapt to work remotely from home instead of going physically at the office and from there, I've learned about freelancing. I've undergone training as an Amazon Product Sourcing Specialist through FilAm VA. I've acquired skills as a VA cause we've done actual product sourcing tasks with the tools needed. I'm looking forward and excited to venture into freelancing industry.
