I have an accumulated experience with the BPO industry for about 5 years. I try to present a mixture of quality work and proven experience. Below are my work experiences. 

TELEPERFORMANCE ( AT&T Accounts Receivable)( 3 years ):
I was with Teleperfomance for 3 years handling Accounts Receivables/ Financial  Care for AT&T Mobility. My main tasks were to primarily billing explanations and past due collection for every call I Upgrade to see actual info was then that I learned the importance of hitting metrics and providing 101% customer satisfaction.

FOCUSINC GROUP ( Parameds ) ( 1 year , 3 Months)
  I also have experience working as a Medical Records Retriever for Parameds. My main job scope was to call medical facilities like hospitals and clinic, to gather medical records for patients applying for medical insurance in the United States. Here I learn to have better command of time management as well as strict professionalism since most calls are received by doctors and nurses.

ALORICA ( T-Mobile) ( 1 year )
I was a regular agent for 1 month taking in calls, then I was promoted to Mentor. My tasks as a mentor were to coach new hires as well as to take over supervisor calls for de-escalations. Here I gained team management skills as well as quality monitoring.

Maid.At ( 6 months ) 
I handled HR admin tasks for the company. I provided assistance and processed documents for Filipino maid services in the UAE. I got to manage different chat and communication to all employees as well as directly providing any information they might need during their stay overseas.
