Profile Description

I have been working as a customer service service for 5 years and I was trained to professionally handle all customers inquiries in a timely manner and efficient. I've handled phone, email and chat support. I am very keen to details. I work fast but efficient. 
I also have experience as a customer support/ecommerce for Shopee. Daily tasks are Order Fulfillment and all the support for a customer, organize products and content for the online shops, answers customer inqueries thru email and social media, and some administrative tasks. I am a quick learner. I have skills with video and photo editing. Knowledgable with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop and Sony Vegas editing tool. I worked with clients and I've managed their social media accounts, website, their online shops, video and photo editing. I can work self directed and will figure things out whenever possible.
