Profile Description

I recently received my bachelor's degree in mathematics at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, and I have graduate credits at BYU Graduate School through their MS Statistics program. I am proficient in Java, Python, C++, R Studio, Tableau, SAP ERP software, VBA, html, CSS and many other technical languages. I also finished minor university programs in Foundation Language study, Business Enterprise Systems, Computer Programming, Information Systems, and Education.

For almost two years, I worked as a Math Tutor for college students in BYU-Hawaii. The student population is diverse which includes students from Asia, Pacific islands, North and South America, Europe, Australia, and other minorities. I was then promoted as Math Department's Math Tutoring supervisor for one year until I graduated. Prior to my tutoring experience, I was hired as Polynesian Cultural Center's lighting effects technician/operator in their theater department.

I was able to study B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Mindanao State University before dUpgrade to see actual info to apply as an International Humanitarian volunteer for a non-government organization. I was based at Cebu City for two years and was able worked with foreigners, mostly Americans, during this time. It also gave me opportunity to lead a group of people from different nations as we visited and helped the people living in that city. I graduated an online college course from Brigham Young University-Idaho Pathway Connect where I was professionally taught the English language, Life Skills, Mathematics, Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets, and English academic writing.

I was trained as a journalist since I started my four years in high school at Irineo L. Santiago National High School of Metro Dadiangas. I was then sent to different places nationwide to compete with other students on journalistic events like Editorial Writing, Radio Broadcasting and Scriptwriting. These honed my skills and proficiency in writing and speaking in the English language. I am self-trained in using Microsoft Word, PDF, Photoshop, and other computer editing applications. I even attended some seminars about publishing.
