I have started my career in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry in 2006 and since I grew to become one of Teletech Philippines' premium Senior Operation Manager. Due to my previous experience in the customer service field, I have developed many skills that I can leverage to successfully fulfill this role. I enjoy working with others, resolving customer inquiries and building feedback systems that help raise satisfaction rates. My previous job at Teletech Philippines was heavily focused on managing customer service operations of 10-20 team leaders and with over 200 customer service professionals handling multiple campaigns such as general and sales inquiries, pre and post sales, order management and some technical support via the voice inbound and outbound, live chat and email channels.

Some of the most significant skills I would utilize if hired to be your Customer Service Manager include outstanding communication ability, attention to detail and critical reasoning.
