Particularly, making airline reservation over the phone and to assist customers on any other concern such as ticket change, ticket cancellation and general inquiries, aside from airline reservation, I have a bit knowledge with regards to hotel
and car reservations too. Recently, I was trained and worked as a technical support representative which is quite difficult for me because technical terms are a bit complicated than making travel plans. However, I am proud to say that I was able to do the job well. With those job experiences, I developed my skills in computer, writing, working conditions and most especially in providing customer service. I have knowledge and experience with DOORDASH, Dominos and UBER and LYFT. My expertise in travel has expanded a little up high adding the Uber/ Lyft ride experience.
