Main Responsibilities:
*Leads on gathering Business Requirements.
*Turning gathered requirements into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) that needs to be approved by the business and then discuss it to IT.
*Approve IT’s Functional Specs Documentation(FSD) to be ready for Development.
*Creates Test Cases for testing the new product/software.
*Escalates issues in testing.
*Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix for easier tracing of which menu is affected by a code breakage.
*Trains Business Users on the new product/software.
Ad-HOC Responsibilities:
*Shares my knowledge on Excel, Power Query, Power BI & Power Automate by conducting training per group within my department.
*Created and maintains the Monthly and Quarterly Review Dashboard, Timesheet, and Resource Utilization in our team.
*Created excel templates for my team and other teams to simplify their process. These are called KaizenProjects where we already have a solution in mind. Example is the Material Forecast template by the Planning Team, also KPI Metrics Reports.
*Shares my knowledge in Office
365 by conducting trainings for Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint, and
Outlook.
