I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 10 years. I have experience doing both inbound and outbound calls and I chose this job because I love dealing with customers over the phone. The feeling of satisfaction when you were able to help and assist them with their concerns. Throughout the years of working, I've learned the difference between customer service and an outbound caller. Well, as a CSR I have the skills to keep the right attitude to understand and listen to customers who need my assistance especially in dealing with irate customers. On the other hand, being an outbound caller I have the ability to persuade, positive mind, motivated, patience, and quick. Over all, I always have the willingness to go extra mile and to learn new tasks.
