- Create, update, and manage product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to increase visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze account metrics, sales reports, and customer reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any order-related issues or escalations.

Marketing & Optimization:
- Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and increase sales on all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends and pricing strategies.

Operations & Customer Support:
- Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor returns, disputes, and customer feedback to maintain a high standard of service.
- Handle any customer escalations professionally and efficiently to maintain positive relationships.
