I have 11 years experience in customer service supporting customers from the United States. I was trained and honed at one of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines. Of which 4 years were spent as support, 6 years as Team Manager and 1 year as Operations Manager. I have strong background in Sales as Licensed Financial Advisor and Property Specialist in Real Estate Department. I also also have medical background as Head Nurse and Clinical Instructor.

I can handle chat, email and phone support very well. I specialize in customer service, sales, process improvement and digital media. I also have experience in data encoding, proofreading and webcasting.

I have a strong communication and leadership skills. I value and respect time a lot. I also make sure that I will exceed client’s expectation at all times.
