I have actively managed and executed email campaigns using HubSpot. My responsibilities included creating and designing engaging email templates, segmenting contact lists, and scheduling campaigns to target specific audiences. I monitored campaign performance through detailed analytics, using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future emails. Additionally, I managed customer data, ensuring all contact information was accurately stored and updated in HubSpot's CRM system. This role required a balance of creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to deliver effective email marketing strategies that aligned with business goals.

I obtained practical experience in data encoding and profile verification during my internship in criminology at the PNP, NBI, and BFP. In the relevant databases, I was in charge of inputting blotter entries, maintaining case details, and confirming the profiles of those seeking clearances. Through this work, I was able to gain a solid understanding of database administration, data integrity, and protecting sensitive information in law enforcement settings.
