I am
During my time at the University of Santo Tomas, I was a dedicated member of the Legislative Board of the Faculty of Civil Law. In this capacity, I contributed to drafting policies, rules, and regulations concerning student affairs both within and outside the university. My involvement with the Civil Law Student Council as Executive Associate to the External Vice President further honed my skills in leadership and communication. I was entrusted with managing communications between our faculty and other law schools, which strengthened my ability to handle cross-institutional collaborations.
Further, my experience as Legal Assistant II in the Legal Division of the Philippine National Railways allowed me to fully immerse myself in the intricacies of government procurement, particularly in the context of a state-owned corporation. I provided legal opinions on matters involving government procurement, small value procurement, and various contracts—skills that I believe are influential to who I am today as an aspiring lawyer.
Currently, as a Legal Researcher III at the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), I am responsible for handling legal matters concerning the Service Contracting Program, an essential public transportation initiative. This role has given me the opportunity to assist in drafting crucial implementing documents, further enhancing my proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting.
I am eager to bring my skills, experiences, and passion for public service to any organizations and companies. I am confident that my background will enable me to make valuable contributions, and I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to your goals in more detail.
