• Document all activity and communication in Staffing Connect.
• Participate in and prepare for 1-on-1s, open order meetings, team activity reviews,
recruiter meetings, candidate pipeline reviews, & delivery check-ins.
• Responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and submitting to clients.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates so we can truly understand what
they need and how we can help them succeed.
• Develop, manage and maintain core skill candidate pipeline as assigned by
leadership.
• Create, post, and market open orders.
• Leverage all available resources to source qualified candidates for open
opportunities i.e. Internal Database, Job Boards, Social Networks, Candidate Pipeline,
Referrals, and Candidate Applications.
• Participate in local networking groups and select associations to promote brand
awareness and attract new talent.
• Leverage social media to source, engage and manage candidate responses.
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.
• Check professional references.
• Administer skill assessment tests.
• Complete client interview debriefs with candidates.
• Generate leads and referrals.
• Manage order intake with the hiring manager.
• Facilitate the interview process with the hiring manager.
• Debrief with the customer and facilitate an offer with the candidate.
• Partner w/ sales in new business development efforts.
• Manage ongoing client relationships.
• MPC Candidate Calls/Presents.
• Participate in Client Business Reviews (CBR) with existing customers.
• Execute fee agreements with customers
• Verifies applicant qualifications and invites applicants for exams and interviews.
• Conducts initial interviews during job fairs and Recruitment Stops when needed.
• Addresses candidates' inquiries regarding their application through phone,
• Sourcing candidates for agent-level hiring.
• Facilitates HR / initial interview.
• Prepares the input of the Employee Referral, Joining Bonus pay, and New Hire list for submission to the Payroll department.
• Answers queries regarding Employee Referrals, Joining Bonuses from employees, and candidate status from consultants.
• In charge of On-Boarding and Induction reports and validation of joiners' documents.
• Handles sourcing and fulfilling the hiring requirements for managed accounts.
• In charge of invoices - processing of payments for successful hires from vendors and other recruitment-related invoices.
• Works with manager on vendor management.
