Customer Service Representative, Bookkeeper

I am able to troubleshoot the services of my customers with great efficiency particularly their telecommunication services such as phone calls, text messages, and internet services.

My communication skills is topnotch especially when it comes to dealing with customers.

I spent most of my bachelor days doing research. I have developed enough skills to assist the client with updated and proven information that fits to his needs.

This is a new skill I have learned when I took a course in regards of bookkeeping. Rest assured that I am efficient enough with QuickBooks, particularly QuickBooks online.

As a Tech support for my previous company, I don't only troubleshoot their services, but sell the products that my accounts are offering to the customer.

Being able to work as a tech support allows me to update information of my customers, cancel their account, and move their data to other databases if they ever decide to change different service providers.

I am also able to teach difficult concepts to most of my colleagues and younger kids which I was able to showcased when I was working as an intern.
