As a Three years customer service representative, I take inbound and outbound calls and chats messages from our members with different concerns. Providing resolution to members inquiries involving claims, billing, benefits and prescription and looking for providers that there health insurance can be best of use.
During my time as a customer service representative I was assigned to mentor new hires, helping them to do there task, and giving tips on how to give spectacular customer service.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Doing inbound and outbound calls to solve members concern and inquiries including reaching out providers and facilities. Understanding that calls that I handle can be sometimes difficult because members has different emotions sometime members are irate and frustrated and sometimes calm. But whatever the circumstances maybe I make sure to give spectacular customer service.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Interacting to members using there portal as a chat support can be sometimes tough, answering concerns via chat is challenging but if members are given detailed and direct explanations and answers to there concern makes it easy. Sending information via emails making sure that the information sent is accurate to avoid repetitive task.
