As I've experience being a Virtual Assistant in Airbnb which I have knowledge to know about the marketing strategy on how you handle your customer needs, the way how you manage the property especially the listings in your property which is very important.

Brightness: Increase or decrease brightness to make the image look more inviting and well-lit. Contrast and Clarity: Contrast: Enhance the contrast to make details stand out and give the photo more depth. Clarity: Adjust clarity to sharpen the details and make textures more defined. White Balance and Color Correction: White Balance: Correct any color casts to make sure that whites look white and colors appear natural. Color Correction: Adjust colors to ensure they are vibrant and accurate, reflecting the true appearance of the space. Canva: Features: Easy-to-use design tool for adding text, graphics, and simple edits. Strengths: Great for creating social media graphics and marketing materials.
